This is one of the great forgotten cocktails, and if you have never tried it, you are in for a treat. Mixing sweet and dry vermouth may seem strange at first, but the result is a delicious one and it makes for a great lower alcohol aperitivo that you will fall in love with.
INGREDIENTS
45ml / 1.5oz 9diDANTE Inferno 45ml / 1.5oz 9diDANTE Purgatorio
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
HOW DO I MAKE IT?
1 - In mixing glass filled with ice, combine 9diDANTE Inferno and Purgatorio,together with the bitters.
2 - Stir for about 20 seconds, then strain into cocktail coupe or martini glass.
3 - Garnish with a slice of orange
