Where is 9diDANTE produced?

9diDANTE is produced in the Italian Piedmont city of Alba.

What wines are used to make 9diDANTE INFERNO?

9diDANTE INFERNO uses a blend of 50% Dolcetto D.O.C and 50% Cortese D.O.C.

How many Botanicals are used in 9diDANTE products?

9diDANTE always uses 27 botanicals in all of its Vermouths.

Does Vermouth go bad?

Vermouth does not go bad, but as it contains at least 75% wine, it will start a natural oxidation process once open. This process can change the taste and colour of your Vermouth over time.

Is it true that 9diDANTE keeps longer than other Vermouths?

By using only high quality D.O.C. Piemonte wines and due to our choice of botanicals, 9diDANTE will keep its original taste and flavour for up to 6 times longer than other well known Vermouths.

How should I keep Vermouth once open?

Once open it is usually recommended that you keep Vermouth refrigerated and consume it within one month. Kept in the fridge, 9diDANTE will keep its original taste and colour for well over 6 months.

What is the Vermouth di Torino I.G.P.?

As the land that gave birth to modern Vermouth, the European Union has recognised the region of Turin (Torino) with a protected geographical identification that guarantees the origin and quality of its Vermouths.

Why is 9diDANTE a Vermouth di Torino Superiore?

While the base Vermouth di Torino I.G.P. requires the use of Italian wines, Vermouths like 9diDANTE that use exclusively Piemonte wines are able to identify themselves with the Superiore classification.

What is the difference between Italian and Spanish Vermouths?

Italian Vermouths tends to be more bitter and less sweet than their Spanish counterparts.

What is the difference between European and US Vermouths?

All European Vermouths must include Wormwood as its primary botanical. US Vermouths do not need to include Wormwood.

How do you drink Vermouth?
