DANTE’S GARIBALDI

Named after Italy’s famous revolutionary, this cocktail has undergone many variations until it was revived by Naren Young for the re-launch of New York’s Dante’s Bar in 2015.

INGREDIENTS

40ml / 1⅓oz 9diDANTE INFERNO 10ml / ⅓oz Roots Mastika Liqueur 40ml / 1⅓oz Fresh Pomelo or Pink Grapefruit Juice 20ml / ⅔oz Black Tea

HOW DO I MAKE IT?

1 - Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice

2 - Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass

3 - Garnish with a slice of Pomelo or Pink Grapefruit
